Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion
    1 clove garlic
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    18 jumbo shells
    grated Parmesan cheese
    2 qt. sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck, onion and garlic; cool.
    Add Mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, egg, salt and pepper.
    Spoon enough sauce to cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Stuff cooked shells and place in pan.
    Cover with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot.
