Sliced Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (No. 2 1/2) cans fruit cocktail, drained
1/4 c. juice from fruit
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Drain fruit.
Put 1/4 cup juice and marshmallows in medium saucepan.
Heat on low heat until marshmallows melt.
In large mixing bowl, soften cream cheese with a little whipping cream. Whip the remaining cream.
Add salt and melted marshmallows to the cream mixture.
Fold in whipped cream and fruit.
Spoon into four (No. 2) cans.
Cover with foil and freeze.
