Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 box powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In large bowl, stir together the flour, cinnamon and baking soda.
In another bowl, cream the sugar, oil and eggs. Stir in carrots, then add this mixture to the dry ingredients.
Bake in 3 (9-inch) round pans or in a 9 x 13 pan.
