Oatmeal Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. quick oats
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/4 c. unbleached flour
    1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. warm water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Stir sugar, salt, 1 1/2 cups of water and oil together.
    Add oats and flour with more water if necessary to make a moist dough. Roll very thin on Pammed cookie sheets.
    Cut into squares and prick with a fork.
    Bake until light brown in a 300\u00b0 oven.
    Watch carefully as crackers around the edges will brown first.
    Remove these as they brown.
