Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
    2 c. milk
    2 c. processed cheese (Velveeta or American), cubed
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. half and half or light cream
Preparation
    In large saucepan, cook broccoli in 1 cup water with bouillon cubes.
    Bring to a very low boil; reduce heat to medium-low and cook about 7 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
    Put milk, cheese cubes and flour in a blender.
    Process on medium speed.
    Add milk mixture to cooked broccoli mixture.
    Add cream.
    Cook, stirring frequently, over medium heat until mixture is thickened.
    Reduce heat.
    Simmer about 10 minutes.
