Microwave Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Bisquick mix
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. broiler/fryer chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together; coat chicken.
    Arrange pieces, skin side up, in rectangular dish (12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch) with thickest part toward edges.
    Cover with waxed paper.
    Microwave on High for 10 minutes.
    Rotate dish 1/2 turn.
    Microwave until done, 8 to 12 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 servings.
