Pesto Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. basil leaves
3 Tbsp. pignoli nuts
3 cloves garlic
1/2 c. Locatelli cheese, grated
pinch of salt
5 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
-
Puree basil, nuts and garlic.
Mix in cheese.
Add oil while machine is running.
Toss into any textured pasta.
Sprinkle top with cheese if desired or extra nuts.
