Salmon Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can salmon (pink or red)
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot fat, about 3/4-inch deep.
    Turn each puff when brown on one side, 3 to 5 minutes required.
    (These may also be fried in deep fat.)
