Fruit Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. hot water
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 c. orange juice
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. grape juice
    1 c. cold strong tea
    1 can (46 oz.) grapefruit juice
    1 qt. ginger ale
    orange slices
    whole cloves
    lemon slices
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    In large punch bowl, combine sugar and water.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Add lemon juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, grape juice, tea and grapefruit juices.
    Mix well (chill thoroughly).
    At serving time, stir in ginger ale and garnish with orange slices studded with whole cloves, lemon slices and cherries.
