Jiffy Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. salt
    1 c. molasses
    1/3 c. Crisco oil
    1 c. quick oats
    2 c. boiling water
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    4 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Lightly grease 2 loaf pans.
    Put salt, molasses, oil and oats in a large bowl.
    Add boiling water.
    When the mixture is lukewarm, add eggs and yeast; let stand until yeast is dissolved, then add flour.
    Stir and let stand 20 minutes (no kneading).
    Turn out on floured board; knead and cut into 4 equal parts.
    Put 2 parts in each bread pan.
    Let rise until doubled in bulk.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
