Peanut Butter Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
1/3 c. peanut butter (not oily)
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a big bowl.
Add shortening, peanut butter, milk and vanilla.
Beat well.
Add eggs and beat again.
Bake in 2 (9-inch) pans at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
