Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (do not drain juice)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Grease and flour cookie sheet pan.
Mix all together and pour into pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
