Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. chicken, skinned and defatted
1 whole bunch celery heart (enough celery to equal amount of chicken)
mayonnaise
sweet salad pickle cubes
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook chicken until thoroughly done and falls off the bone.
Do not chop or grind chicken.
Just cut into bite size pieces. Amounts of mayonnaise, pickle cubes, salt and pepper will vary to suit the taste of the cook.
