Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add sugar, oil and eggs (mix well).
Add carrots, drained pineapple and nuts.
Turn into 8-inch layer pans (greased and floured).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool in pan, then turn out and cool on wire racks.
Spread layer top and sides with Cream Cheese Frosting.
