Tender Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. boneless, lean roast beef
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. oregano
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 inch water
Preparation
-
Put all ingredients into a 10 x 10 x 3-inch Corning baking dish.
Add 1-inch of water.
Cover with lid.
Cook at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
