Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
4 chicken breasts, sliced
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp. ginger root
3 Tbsp. chicken broth
1 red pepper, sliced
1 c. snow peas
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 c. bean sprouts
Preparation

In measuring cup, combine first 5 ingredients.
Heat wok and add next 4 ingredients.
Fry 3 minutes.
Remove chicken.
Add next 5 ingredients.
Add sauce.
Heat until it bubbles.
Add chicken and serve over hot rice.
