Cherry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O, cherry or strawberry
2 c. boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can of crushed pineapple (drain well)
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling or strawberry
8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in water, add pineapple and pie filling.
Stir and congeal.
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add sugar. Blend in sour cream.
Spread over top congealed mixture.
Top with nuts.
