Cole Slaw With Buttermilk Dressing - cooking recipe

4 c. shredded red cabbage
4 c. shredded Chinese cabbage
1 c. shredded Brussels sprouts
1/4 c. chopped red onion
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. low-fat sour cream
1/3 c. nonfat buttermilk
1 Tbsp. tarragon white wine vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well and set aside.
Combine sugar and next 7 ingredients and stir well.
Pour over cabbage mixture and toss gently.
Cover and chill 1 hour. Serves 8.
