Hawaiian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 (7 oz.) bag Angel Flake coconut
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Combine pineapple and coconut.
    Add beaten eggs and mix.
    Sift together the sugar, flour, salt and soda.
    Add to pineapple mixture.
    Pour into well-greased and floured pans.
    (Makes 2 large or 3 small pans.)
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
