Quick And Easy Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can beef chunks
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    4 medium potatoes, diced
    1 or 2 c. cut-up cabbage (optional)
    1 qt. tomato juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook vegetables, potatoes and cabbage in three cups water until soft.
    Add tomato juice and canned beef.
    Simmer a short time to blend flavors.
