Buffalo Bills Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 (29 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 can kidney beans (optional)
1 green pepper, diced
2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation

Brown the beef in your microwave on High (approximately 5 to 6 minutes).
In microwave safe dish, crumble beef and drain any fat. Add onion, green pepper, salt and pepper to taste, chili powder, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste and kidney beans and microwave on High for approximately 23 to 25 minutes.
Dish into bowls and serve.
