Chicken Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. margarine from a tub
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. chopped potato
1 c. chopped carrots
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried thyme
2 c. chicken bouillon or broth
1 1/2 c. water
1 can (8 oz.) peas, undrained
Preparation

Saute celery and onion in margarine until tender.
(You can use broth instead of margarine to cut down on fat.) Add remaining ingredients, except peas.
Simmer about 20 minutes until potatoes and carrot are tender.
Add peas and heat through.
Makes 6 servings.
