Italian Casserole(Can Be Frozen; Easy To Make.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 Italian sausages, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    6 slices Mozzarella cheese
    2 (10 oz.) cans marinara sauce
    1 lb. elbow macaroni
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook and drain macaroni.
    Saute sausages, mushrooms and onion in skillet.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Arrange layers of macaroni, sausages, mushrooms and onion in two-quart casserole dish.
    Top with cheese slices.
    Make second layer.
    Top with marinara sauce.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Serves 6.
