Cocoa Fudge Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks or 1 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. shortening
4 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Stir flour and cocoa together; set aside.
In saucepan, melt margarine and shortening.
Mix in sugar, eggs and vanilla; stir until smooth. Blend in flour-cocoa mixture and nuts.
Spread in greased pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen 2-inch bars.
