Crowd-Pleasing Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. potatoes (about 16 large), cooked, peeled and sliced
    10 hard-cooked eggs
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. light cream
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place potatoes in large salad bowl.
    Separate eggs.
    Chop whites and add to potatoes with onion.
    Toss gently.
    In another bowl, mash yolks with mayonnaise, cream, vinegar, sugar, mustard and salt.
    Pour over potatoes and stir to coat.
    Cover and chill. Yields 16 to 20 servings.
