Sweet And Sour Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. cabbage (red or white)
2 sour apples
2 Tbsp. fat
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper
boiling water
Preparation

Shred
cabbage
fine.
Salt
and
pepper to taste.
Cut apples in slices and add to cabbage.
Heat fat in frypan.
Add a
little boiling water to the cabbage and cook in the frypan until tender. Sprinkle with flour.
Add sugar and vinegar and cook a bit longer. Serve hot.
