Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole boneless chicken breasts
2 eggs
salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. Romano cheese
garlic powder to taste
1/4 c. butter
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. dry Marsala wine
Preparation

Cut whole breasts in half.
Beat eggs with salt and pepper in bowl.
Combine bread crumbs, garlic powder and cheese.
Dip chicken in eggs, then coat with crumbs.
Melt butter and oil in skillet.
When butter foams, add chicken.
Cook over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden.
Add Marsala.
Cover skillet and reduce heat.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes until chicken is tender.
If sauce looks too dry, add more Marsala.
Turn chicken several times.
