Salsa Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (16 oz.) jar Ortega garden-style salsa
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil; pour off fat.
    Add salsa and heat to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 minutes or until done, turning chicken once.
