Pineapple Coconut Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Cream Cheese (8 oz.) Softened
    1 Can (8 oz.) Crushed Pineapple Well Drained
    2 1/2 Cup Flaked Coconut
Preparation
    In small bowl beat cream cheese and pineapple until combined. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. roll in 1 inch balls.
    Roll in coconut.
    Refrigerate overnight or 6 hours.
    Serve.
