Nobby Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
3 c. chopped apples
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream together butter and sugar.
Add egg and mix.
Sift together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and soda and stir into egg mixture.
Stir in apples, nuts and vanilla.
Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
