Chicken Cashew Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken, cut in chunks
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles, divided
1 c. salted cashew nuts, divided
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Reserving half of noodles and nuts, mix all ingredients in casserole dish.
Sprinkle remaining noodles and nuts on top.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes, or until heated through.
