Baked Catfish(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 catfish fillets
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 garlic clove, cut in half
    1/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Lightly oil a baking pan large enough to hold 4 catfish in a single layer.
    Rub cut side of garlic into pan. Combine beaten egg and milk in shallow dish.
    Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings in another dish.
    Dip each fillet into egg mixture and roll in Parmesan mixture; coat completely. Arrange fillets on baking pan and drizzle remaining oil on top. Bake 20 minutes until fish is flaky.
