My Family'S Favorite Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms (optional)
    3/4 c. instant rice
Preparation
    Mix soup, margarine and Cheez Whiz in a large saucepan and heat until well blended.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
