Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 frozen unbaked pie shells
    1 small pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    dash of Worcestershire
    1/4 c. chopped onion or 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Thaw spinach; drain well by squeezing water out with hands. Divide spinach equally into bottom of two unbaked pie shells. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of each cheese (Mozzarella, Cheddar, Swiss) into each pie shell.
    Mix eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce and onions with wire whisk in a bowl.
    Pour egg mixture evenly into pie shells.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
    Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.
