Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sweet milk
    3 c. fresh peaches, sliced
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Place butter in a baking dish in oven to melt.
    Mix flour, milk and 1/2 cup of sugar; set aside.
    Pour 1/2 cup of sugar over peaches.
    Pour flour mixture over butter in baking dish.
    Do not stir.
    Last, pour fruit on top.
    Do not stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
