Tarragon Chicken Triesta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. margarine
    6 large chicken breasts
    2 tsp. Spice Islands Beau Monde
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    1 c. dry white dinner wine
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
Preparation
    Slice mushrooms; saute in 2 tablespoons margarine until golden.
    Remove mushrooms and reserve.
    Add remaining margarine to pan; brown chicken well.
    Sprinkle with Beau Monde during browning.
    Add mushrooms; sprinkle with tarragon.
    Pour wine over chicken.
    Cover and simmer 45 minutes until tender.
    Spoon sour cream into pan juices; sprinkle with green onion to serve.
    Serve with rice.
