Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. packed and well drained coarsely grated zucchini
    1 heaping tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Blend dry mixture into moist mixture.
    Stir in 1 cup chopped nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
