Grandma'S Manicotti Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 c. water
    few grains salt
    oil
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Heat a small nonstick frypan. Coat with oil using an oil coated paper towel.
    Spoon small amount into pan to spread evenly on bottom of frypan.
    Cook until ends begin to curl a little.
    Flip with fingers.
    Cook a little longer. Should be light.
