Venison Pepper Steak And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. venison
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 medium tomato, coarsely chopped
    1 large green pepper, cut into strips
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. beef broth or 1 beef bouillon cube and 1/2 c. water
    1 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut meat into thin strips or small pieces.
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add meat and brown quickly.
    Stir in tomato, soy sauce and other seasonings.
    Cover and cook 10 minutes or until meat is almost tender.
    Add green pepper and cook 10 minutes.
    Blend cornstarch and broth and stir into meat mixture; cover and simmer 10 minutes longer.
    Serve over bed of fluffy rice.
