Congo Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter
    1 lb. brown sugar
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large pkg. chocolate chips (12 oz.)
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Stir in sugar, eggs, vanilla and dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add chocolate chips and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes in a 13 x 9-inch or 14 x 11-inch greased pan.
