Miniature Drumsticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 chicken wings (3 lb.)
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/3 c. sherry (medium dry)
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Remove wing tips and cut chicken wings in half at joint.
    Cook wings in Dutch saucepan in salad oil for about 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat to medium and add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Uncover and cook 10 minutes more; liquid should be absorbed and wings tender.
