Creamy Florentine Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. plain yogurt
2 round loaves (7-inch) sourdough bread
Preparation

Thaw and drain frozen spinach.
Place spinach, onion, garlic, salt and allspice into food processor bowl with metal blade. Process until smooth.
Transfer to medium bowl and add mayonnaise and yogurt.
Blend.
Chill.
