Ingredients

3/4 lb. ground beef
1 c. (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. (10 oz.) refrigerator biscuits
1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown and drain beef. Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasoning (mixture will be thick). Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Place biscuits in a greased muffin tin. Spoon about 1/4 cup of meat mixture into biscuit-lined cups and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
