Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sun-dried tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 1/2 c. tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/4 c. sun-dried tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. Italian parsley, chopped
    salt and pepper
    pasta (except spaghetti or linguine)
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Heat oil in skillet; add garlic and saute 1 minute.
    Add tomatoes; heat to boiling.
    Stir until thickens, about 10 minutes.
    Stir in cream and sun-dried tomatoes and simmer about 5 minutes.
    Add salt and pepper.
