Natalie'S Specialty Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen haddock, cod or perch
    4 Tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 onion, cut up very fine
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Let fish defrost (block) just long enough so that you can cut it into 4 or 5 pieces.
    Place in casserole with enough oil on the bottom of the casserole to keep from sticking at 400\u00b0
    for about 15 to 20 minutes.
