Peanut Butter Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. (12 c.) popped popcorn
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/4 c. peanut butter
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 200\u00b0.
    Lightly oil a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with oil.
    Place popcorn in oiled pan and keep popcorn warm in oven while preparing peanut butter syrup.
    In a large saucepan, combine brown sugar, peanut butter, corn syrup, water, oil and salt.
    Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
    Stir in baking soda and quickly pour syrup over popcorn.
    Gently stir until popcorn is well coated. Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Stir and let cool.
    Break into clusters.
    Store in airtight container.
    Makes 12 cups caramel corn.
