Sausage Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot or mild sausage
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can tomatoes and green chilies
    nacho chips
Preparation
    Fry sausage until done.
    Drain real well.
    In a crock-pot, add all ingredients, except chips.
    Heat until all is mixed well. Serve hot with chips.
