Nancy'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cook until thick.
    Add 6 slices fat-free cheese.
    Cut 30 ounces potatoes into baking dish.
    Cover with ingredients and bake at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
