Aunt Donna'S Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
    3/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or red cooking sherry
    parsley, finely snipped
    small crisp crackers
    1/4 c. onions (optional)
Preparation
    Place cheeses in small bowl.
    Let stand at room temperature until soft.
    Blend in onions and Worcestershire sauce at low speed. Beat on medium speed until fluffy, scraping side and bottom of bowl frequently.
    Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours.
    Shape into ball.
    Roll in parsley and pecans.
    Cover and chill 2 hours or until firm.
