Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 (15 oz.) cans creamed corn
    8 to 10 servings instant potatoes or 10 medium potatoes
    salt, pepper and parsley leaves, cooked and mashed
    3 to 4 slices white American cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Brown hamburg and onion in a large skillet.
    Sprinkle in some parsley flakes.
    Drain hamburg and place in a 2-quart casserole. Cover with cream-style corn, then cover with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with parsley leaves.
    Top with cheese (optional).
